If a representation against a licence application is lodged with the Licensing Authority or if an application is made to Review a Premises Licence then the matter has to be considered by a Licensing Sub-Committee.
Representors, or those requesting a review, can speak before the Sub-Committee at a meeting, where the applicant or licence holder will also be heard.
Hearings are open to the public and usually convene at 2.00 pm.
Both the Licensing Committee and Sub-Committee meet within the Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD (for details of how to get to the Civic Centre please see |our map).
