Elmbridge Borough Council's Licensing Policy shows how we carry out functions in support of the Government's licensing objectives, which are :
Please be aware that Licensing Policies are individual to each Licensing Authority and our policy only covers the Elmbridge area.
The Licensing Policy was written in accordance with the statutory guidance issued by the Secretary of State for Culture Media and Sports and copies of the guidance and other related information can be viewed on the |DCMS website.
Review of Licensing Policy
Licensing Policies have to be reviewed at least every three years (but can be reviewed earlier at the discretion of the Licensing Authority). We re-adopted our Licensing Policy on 5th December 2007 with a few minor amendments.
