Club Premises Certificate Application
A club premises certificate may authorise members and guests of qualifying clubs to use club premises. A single licence covers all activities to provide late night refreshment, regulated entertainment, or supply alcohol. The club must be established and conducted in good faith and a Club Declaration form and the club rules must accompany the application.
You are not required to specify a designated premises supervisor. You are also permitted to supply alcohol to members and sell it to guests on the premises without the need for any member or employee to hold a personal licence.
