Actions you can take as a Food Proprietor

Following a food hygiene inspection there are a number of actions you can be take as a food proprietor.

You can:

• |Make an appeal against your rating
• |Use the 'Right of Reply' option - in order to indicate that improvements have been made
• |Request an additional food hygiene inspection (Note: |this will incur a fee)
• |Find out about food hygiene training courses - held at the Civic Centre in Esher
• |Register your food premises with the Council - required by law
