Every week, we collect your waste from a wheeled bin. Collections take place any time after 7.00 am, so please have your waste ready. The recycling and refuse collections are made by different vehicles at different times.

Most home's collection point is just inside the boundary of the property as shown. Your wheeled bin will be collected, emptied and returned to this point. If your wheeled bin isn't at the collection point, we'll assume you don't need a collection.
You can put your house name or number on your bin to help identify it.
Please do not leave your bin on the pavement or street since it may cause an obstruction or hazard.
Please recycle as much of your household waste as possible. Any refuse that you can't recycle can be put in your refuse bin, with the following exceptions:

We will only collect refuse from your wheeled bin. Refuse sacks or boxes placed alongside or on top of the bin will not be removed. You can take excess waste to a |recycling centre (the tip).
We offer a collection service for |large items of household waste.
