What will happen next?
We will write to you with the outcome of your request, or to ask for further information to help us deal with your request as quickly as possible. If you are approved for an assisted collection, a record of this will be given to the refuse collector. On your collection day he will come onto your property to collect the bin, empty it and return it to where he found it.
