Order a New or Replacement Refuse Bin
I need a new refuse bin
Any new or replacement refuse bin is subject to a charge, as outlined in the table below. Information on the |Council's policy regarding the purchase of wheeled bins is available to all residents. Please note that we will only empty one refuse bin upon collection. You may however purchase additional bin(s) for your own use.
How to Pay for a Refuse Bin:

Send us a cheque, payable to "Elmbridge Borough Council", with details of your order to Environmental Care, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, KT10 9SD. - Phone
Call the |Environmental Care Division to pay by debit or credit card.

When will I get my new bin?
After receiving your order we will usually arrange for delivery within 5-7 working days. When you get your new bin, please mark it with your house name or number so that it can be easily identified.
Do I have to use a wheeled bin for refuse and recycling collection?
We will only collect waste from wheeled bins, to ensure it is collected cleanly, safely and efficiently. Councils can make this a legal requirement under Section 46 of The Environmental Protection Act 1990.This legislation may also be used to require the householder to provide the wheeled bin.
