How do I use my kitchen caddy?

Scrape unwanted food waste into your kitchen caddy. You don't have to line your caddy but if you prefer to, you can use compostable liners, newspaper or kitchen roll.

When it is full, or you no longer want the contents in your kitchen, tie up the corners of your liner if you have one, and put it into your outside food bin.

On your collection day, place your outside food bin at the boundary of your property, with the handle in the locked position.

How do I line my caddy?

Please note that unless you decide not to line your caddy at all, you must use a compostable material to line it and not plastic bags.
