Bin Collection Queries

Report a missed collection

If we get it wrong and your collection is missed, please let us know and we will aim to return by the end of the next working day. You can report a missed collection using:

Collections take place from 7.00am so please have your bins ready. If you're going away, don't miss a collection. Ask a neighbour to put your bins out.

When is my collection day?

Use our |My Elmbridge feature to find out your collection day. Simply select the "My House" tab, enter your postcode or address, and choose your property number from the list below to identify your collection day details. You can also contact the |Environmental Care team and ask them to send you a collections calendar.

I have more waste or recycling than can fit in my bins

We will only collect refuse or recycling from your wheeled bin. Refuse sacks or boxes placed alongside or on top of the bin will not be removed. You can take your excess waste to a |Recycling Centre or |tell us your requirements and you may be able to get a bigger or additional bin.

What do I do if it appears that my property was damaged during collection?
