Bin Collection Points
Where do I put my bin?
Your collection point is normally just inside the boundary of the property as shown. Your bin should be collected, emptied and returned to this point. You must put your bin out before 7.00am on the day of your collection.
If you have problems moving your bin to the collection point, you may be able to |get help with your collection.
Top Tips
- You can put your house name or number on your bin to help identify it.
- Please do not leave your bin on the pavement or street where it may cause an obstruction or hazard.
Report a missed bin collection
If we get it wrong and your collection is missed please let us know and we will aim to return by the end of the next working day.
To report a missed collection:
Check which day your collection is on
Use our |My Elmbridge feature to find out your collection day. Simply select the "My House" tab, enter your postcode or address, and choose your property number from the list below to identify your collection day details.
