Assisted Collection Service


Need help putting your bins out for collection?

We provide an assisted collection service free of charge for residents who have difficulty moving their bins to their collection point. Our contractor will come onto your property to collect your bin, empty it and then return it.

If you don't wish to use our assisted collection service but need help, here are some suggested alternatives:

  • Ask a friend, relative or neighbour help you
  • Purchase a smaller bin which you can move more easily
  • Leave your bin at the collection point and put bags of refuse in when necessary
