How to pay a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

Before making a payment make sure you have the parking ticket number to hand and refer to the information on the reverse of the ticket or given in the most recent correspondence we send to you to find out the outstanding penalty amount.

• |Pay a Penalty Charge Online using a credit or debit card (except American Express and Diners)
  
• Phone 01372 474020 to make an Automated Telephone Payment using a credit or debit card (except American Express and Diners)
  
• Send a Cheque or postal order payable to 'Elmbridge Borough Council' to:
  
  Elmbridge Parking Services
  Elmbridge Borough Council
  Civic Centre
  High Street
  Esher
  KT10 9SD
  
  Write the parking ticket (Penalty Charge Notice / PCN) number on the back of the cheque /postal order
