Registering and Getting Started

PaybyPhone Apps Launch

PaybyPhone has launched a new free |smartphone app for iPhone, BlackBerry and Android phones. Visit your App Store, App Market or App World and search for the PayByPhone app to download

Register by Phone

Call 01372 604 604 and follow instructions
You will need the following information:
1. Credit/Debit Card details
2. Vehicle registration number
3. Mobile number (if your mobile number is withheld)

Register Online

Go to |Pay by Phone website and follow instructions
You will need the following information:
1. Credit/Debit Card details
2. Vehicle registration number
3. Mobile number
Once you are registered you can use:

Pay by Phone

Call 01372 604 604

Text "INFO" to 65565
You will get a text back giving you the information you need to send for the transaction:
1. Location Reference Number - 4 digit number for the car park
2. Parking time ( hours ) needed
3. CVV reference - 3 digit number on back of your registered card

Reminders

You will automatically get a text reminder about 10 minutes before your parking time runs out.
To change this, please go to |Pay by Phone - log in and go to "My Profile" or select "change text settings" option from the options menu when calling 01372 604 604

Changing Your Profile, Services and Account Details

Call 01372 604 604 or visit | |Pay by Phone website log in and to:
1. see a record of transactions and to get a vat receipt - go to "Transactions"
2. change e mail confirmation - go to "My Profile"
3. change credit / debit card details - go to "My Profile"
4. change and add vehicle details - go to "My Profile"
