A visit to a ward resident will be made by prior appointment.

It is helpful if all relevant documentation are then available and, if the matter involves any public body other than Elmbridge BC (e.g. a government department, the County Council) there is evidence of contact made with that department etc..

If the matter also relates to Surrey CC, the same applies.
