Current priorities and concerns

I am currently concerned to see that the Jolly Boatman and railway site in East Molesey is developed in a way that is sensitive to it's unique location on the Thames opposite Hampton Court Palace and that the vehicular traffic and pedestrian interchange is developed to provide a much improved and more aesthetically pleasing access to the station and to Cigarette island and also to encourage tourists to visit the shops, restaurants and Pub's in Molesey to the benefit of both residents and traders.

I am also interested to see that the Walton Playhouse is relocated to a more suitable site (It is currently in a poor state of repair and regularly flooded) I would also like to see that the new building pay it's way by being flexibly designed for various functions during the day as well as acting as a theatre, conference and civic hall.
