Councillor Mrs. Dorothy Mitchell is a Conservative Member and a Cobham and Downside Ward Councillor. She is the Cabinet Member responsible for the Highways and Transport Portfolio. This includes: liaison with the Highway Authority; off street car parking; public transport; concessionary bus fares and traffic management.
