Cllr. Rachael Lake and I with our tombola prizes at |Walton Charity Community Day on 18th September 2010. Walton Charity is an amalgamation of 11 charities, the oldest of which dates back to before 1212. The charity does a variety of work, including providing allotments, residential and care homes for the elderly and providing support for those that need it. This Community Day was a fantastic event, with a variety of stalls and was certainly busy!

Myself, Cllr Rachael Lake and local residents at the Big Lunch on the St John's Estate on 5th June 2011. The Big Lunch is an annual event across the country where communities meet together to have lunch. The St John's event was wonderfully organised by Prisca and I really hope it becomes a well known yearly event.
