Councillor Sheldon is a Conservative Member and Hersham South Ward Councillor. He is the Cabinet Member responsible for the Social Affairs Portfolio. This includes: health matters and liaison with Primary Care Trusts etc.; voluntary sector liaison and support; services for elderly and disabled people and centres for retired.
