Delivering Telecare to the Community
The Community Alarms team provide a frontline telecare service for residents of Elmbridge.
We work closely with colleagues in Surrey's Primary Care Trust and Social Care Teams to ensure that the people of the borough are provided with the right type of service for them when they need it. We also work with other local organisations and support groups to achieve best outcomes for our mutual clients.
Elmbridge Community Alarms maintains a very high standard of customer care and service and is committed to ensuring its clients continue to benefit from telecare as it evolves in the future.
We are able to offer as part of the service additional sensors to link to our alarms that are always monitoring for potential danger. There is a small extra charge (£1.00 per week) for these and some of the types of sensors available are:

- |Smoke alarm (recommended)

- |Flood detector
- |Multi purpose adaptor
- |Pill dispenser
- |Pendant alarm
