Object: The sole benefit of residents of the Borough of Elmbridge. The principle criteria is that those funds should be used for charitable purposes to assist residents, especially young people, who are in need and to provide for the victims of natural or man made disasters.
Area of Benefit: The Borough of Elmbridge.
Method of benefit: The Trustees meet at regular intervals throughout the year to consider applications for financial assistance.
Governing Document: The Scheme of the Charity Commissioners dated 12th November, 1998.

The Mayor of Elmbridge Trust Fund now incorporates the Miss W.M.E. Harrison charity. Miss W.M.E. Harrison left a sum of money as a bequest to be used for the benefit of older people in the Elmbridge, and for educational expenses for young people under the age of 25. Miss Harrison's bequest will now be allocated through the Mayor of Elmbridge Trust Fund, and applicants should complete the Trust Fund application form above.
