We want to provide the best possible services to our residents while maintaining value for money. To achieve this, we constantly monitor and manage our performance to identify areas of excellence and of further improvement.
Our new Vision and Top Priorities commenced on 1 April 2008. Our new Vision will run for 5 years and our priorities will continue to be reviewed annually.
