You will need to inform us if you change your email address and accept that if we are unable to deliver your bill by email we will cancel this arrangement and revert to sending your bill by post.
Please note: in the unlikely event we are unable to collect an instalment or have to send a reminder or take other action, we will write to you by post, not electronically.
Please also note: applications made after the 21 February 2017 will still receive their initial 2017/18 bill by post, not email. Future bills will be sent by email.
