Whilst it is not a requirement to publish Minutes of Council Meetings within a specific time period, the Council has in place arrangements to publish such information normally within 10 working days of the meeting. This is to increase openness and transparency of the decision making process. Please note that such Minutes are subject to formal approval/amendment by the parent committee and accordingly, will be included on the agenda for that relevant meeting. Please therefore note that minutes may be subject to amendment until such time as they have been formally agreed as a correct record of the proceedings by the relevant body.
