Assets of Community Value

The Council maintains a List of Assets of Community Value under the provisions of the Localism Act 2011.

This is a list of land or buildings in the Council's area which, following community nomination, are considered to further the social wellbeing or social interests of the local community. The listing provides an opportunity to a community interest group to bid for the land if it becomes available for sale.
