Private Hire & Hackney Carriage Licence Application Fees and Other Charges from 1 April 2011
Note: If you visit the Civic Centre to submit a licence application, please do so between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm - we regret that we are unable to accept applications outside these hours.
Payment can be made by debit/credit card (over the telephone or at the Civic Centre) or by cheque/postal order payable to Elmbridge Borough Council. Note: A surcharge will be applied to credit card transactions.

Note:
- The fees for Licensees who have their licences revoked under the Penalty Points Scheme shall be increased by an additional 20% of the respective application fee, if they re-apply for a licence.
- The Council accepts payment by credit/debit card (by phone or in person) or cheque/postal order payable to "Elmbridge Borough Council". A fee reduction of £10 will be applied to all licence application payments made using credit or debit cards. (Note: credit card payments will incur a small surcharge.)
