Request for Building Control Approvals and/or Completion Certificates/Letters

The term Approval means the passing of plans of a Full Plans Building Control Application. The Completion Certificate or Completion Letter relates to satisfactory completion of the actual works carried out on site.

Completion Certificates are not always available depending on the year the work was carried out and what type of application was used. In these cases a completion letter will be issued instead.
