The Council works in partnership with a range of agencies to meet the housing needs of the people of Elmbridge. If you require further information about the housing services Elmbridge Borough Council provides for its residents, please visit our |Housing section online.

Elmbridge Borough Council no longer owns or manages council housing. All homes owned by the Council were transferred in March 2000 to Elmbridge Housing Trust. If you are a tenant of Elmbridge Housing Trust and have any queries regarding your home |you should contact Elmbridge Housing Trust in the first instance. All social housing within Elmbridge is now provided by housing associations.
