Legal Services provide advice and assistance to Councillors and Officers of the Council, but do not provide third party legal advice. The Head of Legal Services, Alan Harrison, is also the Council's Monitoring Officer and Data Protection Officer. The Division maintains the publication scheme for the |Freedom of Information Act
