Healthy Walks

A minimum of 30 minutes activity a day can significantly improve your health. Walking can improve your confidence, stamina, energy, weight control and life expectancy.

The programme of healthy walks offers a variety of graded walks in and around the Elmbridge area at various times and days of the week.

This will enable the residents of Elmbridge to take part in regular local walks, progressing to brisker and longer walks as their health and fitness improves.
