Confidential Reporting (Whistleblowing) Policy

Elmbridge Borough Council aims to ensure that Council monies are spent properly. Any losses to the Council arising from fraud, corruption or malpractice, may place additional costs upon the taxpayer. The Council takes very seriously any form of malpractice or malicious allegations and has introduced this procedure to enable you to raise your concerns about such malpractice at an early stage and in the right way.
