Care and Repair Elmbridge
|Care and Repair Elmbridge comes under the Housing Division of Elmbridge Borough Council. Care and Repair Elmbridge is a Home Improvement Agency (HIA) which assists Elmbridge residents who are aged 70 and over, adults or children who are mentally or physically disabled, people who are living on a low income, or people who are disadvantaged in some other way. The clients of the HIA generally own their own homes or rent from a private landlord.
