European Community Food Hygiene Regulations

The European Community Food Hygiene Regulations replaced the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995.

It is required that food businesses have a documented food safety management system showing what action is taken to ensure the food they provide is safe to eat. This must be written down.
