• Always keen to ensure that all our customers can talk to us easily, the Council recently contacted the Royal National Institute for Deaf people, (RNID) about the use of the minicom service. The RNID recommended a number of services which they feel will better meet the needs of deaf, hard of hearing and speech-impaired customers. On this basis Elmbridge Borough Council will no longer be using the minicom system.
