Register of Members' Interests
The Council maintains a Register of Members' Interests, pursuant to Section 81(1) Local Government Act 2000 and the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2007.
Councillors place on this public record details of their personal interests, including their employment, membership of charitable and public bodies and property interests. Members will also register any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or more that they have received in connection with their official duties.
The full register is available for public inspection at the |Civic Centre in Esher during normal office hours. The register may be inspected by appointment, if convenient contact the |Councils Monitoring Officer
