Recession Buster

The country is formally out of recession but the Council remains committed to assisting residents and businesses within the Borough to cope with its effects.

We launched a number of initiatives such as reducing the amount of time it takes to pay local businesses who deal with us, as well as providing ongoing financial support to the local |Citizens Advice Bureau, with an extension of their service into our |Walton Centre for the Community.

A wide range of advice and assistance is available, and the following pages provide you with useful links to some of these, whether offered by the Council, its partners, or relevant regional or national organisations. Please contact |Corporate Policy and Partnerships for more information.
