Corporate Plan

This Corporate Plan is our strategic planning document. It tells us what our priorities and targets are for the 2012/13 financial year and sets out what we are going to do to make Elmbridge a better place for local people. Throughout the year, we use this Plan to check and monitor our performance.

• What areas of work have we successfully completed?

Councillors and officers use this Plan to make sure Elmbridge is going forward, that we are meeting the needs of our residents and that we are on track to make our |vision a reality.
