Leaflets, Posters and Exhibitions
Exhibition space is available in the Civic Centre foyer and, subject to availability, display screens are available in the Main Reception for exhibitions on local school, charity, community, cultural or voluntary organisations' projects, information or initiatives. Items are left at the exhibitor's own risk.
The Main Reception foyer provides local information in the form of leaflets and posters, including information on leisure activities, services for the over 50s, energy efficiency and much more.

Main Reception at the Civic Centre
Opening Times : Main Reception - 8.30am to 5.15pm and Switchboard 8.45am to 5.00pm
- Receive and forward all non direct dial telephone calls. We receive approx. 700 calls per day. Over 90% of all calls received by Main Reception are answered within 30 seconds.
- Greet and redirect visitors to the Civic Centre. We help approximately 60 visitors per day.
- Manage the Information and Welcome Board on the plasma screen
- Act as an Information Centre for callers and visitors
- Manage the collection and deliveries of packages
- Holds lost property from around the building
