The Civic Centre was built in the early 1990s and is a fine example of contemporary architecture, set in attractively landscaped
grounds.
Furthermore, to ensure we serve all members of the community, the building was designed to provide easy access for disabled visitors.
The Civic Suite, at the heart of our building, houses our impressive Council Chamber and bright airy committee rooms - all of which are available for hire for your conference or meeting, or for civil marriage ceremonies for which we hold a licence until March 2009.
Located in the centre of Esher, we are easily accessible by road (M25 and A3) or rail, and public car parking surrounds the building.

The largest of our rooms is the Council Chamber. Tastefully furnished in light oak and dark turquoise, this capacious and impressive room has set seating for up to 74 people. It is equipped with a microphone/speaker system
For larger functions, there are an additional 72 seats located within our public gallery which overlooks the main Council Chamber. (The use of the microphone/speaker system does not extend to the public gallery).
At first floor level there are five Committee Rooms, three of which adjoin the Council Chamber and can be opened onto it to increase the available area if required.
Standing alone, the five committee rooms, three of which are air conditioned, can accommodate smaller functions.
