Public Notice Boards

From 17 June, we will not be able to accept posters for display on the Weybridge South noticeboards until after the By-Election on 25 July.

Community information will resume on the 3 x Weybridge South noticeboards after this By-Election.

The Council has a number of Notice Boards located around the borough (not Community Centre boards). The boards are updated with a variety of community information. If you would like to display a small notice (A5 portrait maximum) for a community event please contact the |Communications Team who are based at the Civic Centre in Esher.

Unfortunately, we cannot display information relating to paid/profit making events or commercial advertising.

You will need to supply 30 copies, A5 portrait size or smaller of the notice information.

A pre-election period comes into force when elections are announced. For six weeks before an election we are unable to accept posters for display as we are required to display statutory election notices only.

Community information will resume on the notice boards the day after any election.

We are very grateful to our community 'adoptees' who ensure information supplied to the Council is posted on the boards on a regular basis. If you are interested in being one of our volunteer adoptees to manage a notice board, please contact the |Communications Team.
