Elmbridge Health and Social Care Partnership
Purpose
Elmbridge Health and Social Care Partnership has two purposes. The first is to provide a networking and co-ordinating forum for the social care partnerships which operate in the borough. The second is to co-ordinate the delivery of the 'Promoting Health and Well Being' section of the |Elmbridge Sustainable Community Strategy 2006-2015.
