Elmbridge Residents' Panel
As part of an initiative to maintain the unrivalled reputation that Elmbridge is a pleasant place to live, work and visit, Elmbridge is encouraging residents to join its Residents' Panel.
The Residents' Panel currently consists of around 1300 residents throughout the Borough enabling them to have their say about the services we provide. The panel was refreshed in Autumn 2007.
|There is still an opportunity to sign up to participate in the Panel, as the Council is keen to encourage residents to get involved.
As a Panel member you will be asked to take part in reviews of the range and quality of services we provide. There are usually two to three consultations a year, which will cover topics of direct interest to local residents.
Previous consultations have included topics such as services for older people; the Council's priorities; community safety; equality and diversity; the Councils website, satisfaction with Council services and quality of life in Elmbridge.
These consultations are usually questionnaires though occasionally we invite Panel members to take part in workshops or focus groups. Panel members will also receive a newsletter sharing results of surveys and actions planned in the light of the views received.
