We want to make sure that we focus on those issues that are most important to you. You can help us to do this by |giving us your suggestions and commenting on our ideas.
The Council has powers over an enormous range of issues that impact on everyday life. Here are a few examples of just some of the things you might like us to review:

Are there any emerging local issues that we should addressing?
Do you think there are any current policies which could be meeting local people's needs better?
Let us know what you think by submitting our |suggestions form. There is no need to include your name and address but if you would like us to respond to your comments then please do so. You can also email your suggestions or request further information from the |Overview and Scrutiny Officer.

Remember, |committee meetings are normally open to the public so you can come and see for yourself how recommendations are put forward and decisions made. There may also be the opportunity for you to contribute expertise or experience when a particular issue is being discussed. If there is a specific issue that you, your group, or organisation would like to take part in, please |let us know.
